Executive Director for GACTE

Dr. Cindi Chance, Retired professor and dean, serves as Executive Director of GACTE. Dr. Chance has played an active role in teacher education in Georgia since 2001 when she moved to Georgia to become Dean of the College of Education at Georgia Southern.  She currently serves on teh Board of Directors of AACTE and has served as president of GACTE and of similar organizations in Louisiana and Tennessee.  Dr. Chance has an extensive record of scholarship and completed a Fullbright residency in China in 2001.
